COVID-19 Safety Guide

Epic Photo Ops is back at your favorite pop culture shows in North America and beyond in 2021. We can’t wait to capture your life-long memories in a safe (but fun) environment in the coming months.

Your well-being, along with the health and safety of our guests and team members are our top priority. Our team has been updating our outstanding Epic Photo Ops experience to keep everyone safe under enhanced health and wellness guidelines.

Even with infection rates dropping, and vaccination numbers rising, there remains an inherent risk of COVID-19 infection anywhere people gather in groups. It is with this in mind that our team is presenting our adjusted photo ops experience. Photos with your favorite guest will look and feel slightly different, so we encourage you to read through our safety guide before making your purchase, to best understand how photo ops will work for the time being.

CHECK WITH YOUR SHOW

We encourage you to check your show’s COVID guidelines, and the existing policies in your local area. The Epic team will be adjusting our experience depending on local health guidelines for every show.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All lines for photo ops will have social distancing strictly enforced, with markers placed on the floor for your safety.

FANS PER PHOTO

We may reduce the number of fans permitted in a photo to ensure social distancing and safety of guests. Be sure to check the show info tab for details.

REDUCED FRIENDS IN LINE

Only the person joining you in your photo op will be able to wait with you in line. Exceptions include parents and children, and caregivers for guests requiring assistance.

SMILING IS THE NEW POSING

To best protect guests and fans, you won’t be able to do fun poses and interactions (especially hugging) during your photo. You will be asked to stand on a clearly marked spot and respect any barrier that may be present between yourself and the guest (if present). Smiling is highly encouraged, if not mandatory!

SLAP ON THE SANITIZER

Before you get into your photo op, we encourage you to sanitize your hands.

HANDS OFF BAG DROP

Before you get your photo taken, you will be asked to leave your bags and other hand-held items in our bag drop area. This means only you will be touching your bags, keeping your stuff cleaner and safer.

ONLINE WITH EASE

The absolute best way to make your photo op experience easy is to purchase your photos and other goodies online. We don’t shut down online sales until they sell out, so you can still purchase online at the show while supplies last.

CASH NO LONGER KING

We are limiting the “stuff” our team has to touch, so we’re asking everyone to please pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the Epic sales stations. The BEST way to purchase your experience is through our online store.

MASKS UP OR DOWN?

Mask wearing during photo ops will ultimately be up to local health authority and show guidelines as well as the guest’s preference.

Official COVID-19 Warning

Epic Photo Ops have set enhanced health and safety guidelines which we require you to follow while attending a photo ops experience. Guests and fans should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. By attending an Epic Photo Ops experience, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Epic Photo Ops reserves the right to modify photo op guidelines as circumstances require, and to deny admission or remove any person who is not following guidelines or whose conduct puts any person or property at risk.
